SimpleWebCam is only available for Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) for $10.00 (US).

Built as a Universal Binary, SimpleWebCam works for both PowerPC and Intel based systems.

All you need is a Quicktime compatible camera, like Apple's iSight.
USB cameras work too, as long as you have the appropriate drivers installed!
